GENERAL INFORMATION
What is included in the rental of Lady Violet?
Lady Violet comes fully equipped with a power supply, interior lighting, prep sinks, a separate handwashing sink and a refrigerator to keep your favorite beverages chilled.
What types of events is Lady Violet suitable for?
Lady Violet is perfect for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, festivals, pop-ups, coffee bars, brand installations, flower bar experiences, and more. Your imagination is her limit!
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
How do I book Lady Violet for my event?
To book Lady Violet, please contact us through our website's booking form or email us directly at info@pouredandparked.com. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date.
What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
In addition, a refundable Trailer Care Fee is required and will be collected along with your final payment. The Trailer Care Fee will be fully refunded within 7 business days after the event, provided there is no damage to Lady Violet and/or her equipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
SERVICES AND PAYMENT
Do you provide alcohol or help with the drink menu?
We operate as a dry hire bar, so we do not provide alcohol. However, we offer consultation services to help you design a custom drink menu tailored to your event’s theme and guest preferences. We’ll also assist with calculating how much alcohol and mixers you’ll need to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance to ensure peace of mind for our clients and compliance with venue requirements. Please reach out to us should your selected venue require a Certificate of Insurance.
LOGISTICS AND REQUIREMENTS
What are the setup requirements for Lady Violet?
Lady Violet requires a flat, stable surface for setup, with clear access for towing and parking. We also need access to a water supply. If water supply is not available, we can provide water for an additional fee.
What are the dimensions of Lady Violet?
Lady Violet measures approximately 14 feet in length, 7 feet in width, and 9 feet in height. Please ensure your venue can accommodate these dimensions, including access routes and setup space.
Do you travel outside of Maryland?
Yes, we are happy to travel to events in the surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply.
Can Lady Violet be used for non-alcoholic events?
Absolutely! Lady Violet is versatile and can be used for serving non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, mocktails, and more. She adds a unique flair to any event, regardless of the beverage menu.
Do you require electrical hookup?
Good question and lucky for you she is all powered up!
Is the trailer equipped with water?
Yes, the trailer is equipped with potable water, which is suitable for handwashing and light cleaning of equipment.
